Burchianti features an attractive lobby with classical decor that makes a great first impression. The location is superb, situated conveniently between the train station and the Duomo. My room was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped, complete with a flat screen TV and good toiletries. The staff provided really good service, notably Sofia, who offered helpful recommendations for local dining and attractions.
The bathroom layout was a bit awkward.

Everything was modern, including helpful and top-class staff from check-in to check-out. The breakfast offered was varied and excellent with yogurt, pastries plus soya milk, couldn't have asked for more. The location was magnificent and perfect, close to a 15th-century Dominican church. You could walk to a convenience shop and a market.

Didn't say happy birthday! It was a little hurtful.

Rich historical ambiance, unique room décor, proximity to major attractions
Bathroom design needed attention!!! Issues with inconsistent hot water supply created discomfort!!! Room temperature control could definitely use an upgrade!!! Parking arrangements complicated without clear communication!!!

Plot twist, it's actually great!
Waking up beneath a fine ceiling fresco was magical! The staff's hospitality was unmatched. Centrally located, I savored delicious local fare just steps away. For families, rooms 5 & 6 are gorgeous mini-suites. Truly a gem worth discovering!
